UPDATE:
since we now own our house out right. Were trying to take more pride in it. So were redecorating...
and yup THERE BACK>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Last night I heard someone running water upstaires. It was late, everyone was supposed to be asleep. I just fig one of the kids woke up to get a drink of water. Well when I yelled who's up.. I got no reply. The water just kept on running. So I had to investigate. It wasnt the sink water. It was the bath water.. running full blast on hot. I can feel them again. Nothing bad, I think there just checking out what were doing.
Oh yeah the night before the water insident. Our dog woke up at 5 am barking and growling and scratching at the door. (he sleeps in our room at night) He wanted out in the worst way. So I let him go, and I followed scared thinking someone broke in. Guess what? Whatebver he saw I didnt.. he kept this up until 6 30 in the am....... SOMETHING was there... he didnt like. That somthing I couoldnt see. So im laying low on the reading and stuff for now. A because I dont need my mind wandering to places it shouldnt be. Also I really dont want to bring in unwanted spirits. I hear the more you probe.. the more your apt to waken them up and bring them forth. So until the activity in my house slows down.. Im backing off.... lol yup im a chicken shit!

I have heard that when a home or land is haunted sometimes when you Build or remodel on it, it wakes the spirits up.

I don't mean so scare you more but I saw that on a Haunting a couple remodeled i think the entire house & brought out spirits that were old & caught in the house & they were mad. But the owners called Paranormalists & they got to spirits to go away & cross over It was very interesting. Maybe you could call someone that will do it for free. Maybe a Local or nearby college I think most have paranormal study groups they come for free. I could be wrong.

I dont feel there is anything to worry about. This house was built in the 1800's somewhere. I know there was a farmer and a sailor that lived here during that time. Im just being careful. I have been through the "Polterguist" haunting (see wa state threas)
That was enough for me.
I think there just curious. Which I can deal with.

OK if they are curious don't harm anyone or break things its OK i guess lol. The fact that a Sailor used to live in the house or on the property explains the tub running. They didn't have indoor Plumbing back when he lived there they had indoor tubs I think but you had to lug the water from the well & heat the hot water on the stove or fireplace. Maybe your redecorating woke him up & he thought it was neat that tubs have running water coming out of them LOL. If i were a ghost that died in the 1800's & i was woken by remodeling or whatever id think it neat to see water filling the tub instead of lugging buckets from the kitchen.Lights Id play with switches & TV's omg LOL Id have a blast.

I'm a lil confused about something. If the house is haunted & it's that old hasn't anyone done any remodeling that required construction? like the guy that sold it to you? Or the 1 that sold it to him? If so did they hear or see any signs of activity? Spirits reveal them selves to people they want to see them.I'm a prime example.Went to my cousins Ex bf house the one thats so haunted it's a portal i was all thru the areas that have the most activity & they let me see some things on cam but I never felt a presence.I been told you know when theres a presence around you bet at least i got some neat pics.Me & my Aunt went back to that house after the ghost tour in Aug & they r still there they told us hello with some of what I like to call "Light Shows".Its been completely remodeled & is now a B&B I wonder if the patrons know its the most haunted house on the block?

You know, if I were a ghost from way back before electricity and running water, I sure would be curious too.

Hey, if you ever find out that guests at that B&B have had any haunted experiences, please let us know. ;)

If i had to guess I think the patrons already know its haunted so they arent scared if they hear anything. I think my Aunt Or Uncle {her bother} would let me know if anything happed at the house they watch the news. If anythign happens ill let you know

Im Harry so i guess I should post on this too. Let me ask you this to ponder on. I myself am kinda a em-path and to me it seems what is there does not want to harm the any owner of it. Odd things do happen but its just like co-existing with a roommate only you cant see them. from there lets take it to this level. If my roommate and I did not like a cretin type of anything in our room we would want it out. lets apply this to the ghost. Lets propose the ghost is good. Well I dont think Casper would want anything "Evil" (evil is defined by the person saying it) in her house and the "Good" spirit would not as well. The only difference is the spirit can do stuff to help and can see the "Evil" on different levels from being a ghost" So I guess on that note you have a "protected" house. As for the person who talked about Demons living well the opposite of that is an Angel so could not a guardian angel live in the house? I dont know just food for thought on the matter.

As I told Harry. There was a lady who tried to spend the night here. Her and her daughter both left at 2 am. (around the bewitching hour) Anyway, she claimed that she saw a full appirition leaning over her daughter. The mother and Daughter both claimed to be Pagan. As time went on the mother would tell me even to this day that she could NOT even step on my front porch because she would allways get ill.
Later after the mother and daughter had a falling out. It was told to me the mother is very evil. She is not Pagan but she practices demonic worship (eew to think I had her here). She has done many bad things to her daughter as well. So yes someone or somthing or some being protects this house. I am so glad it does!
